No. Apartments are rented on a month to month basis, and all services are included in one simple monthly payment.
What is the deposit fee to reserve an apartment?
Country Meadows Village accepts a fully refundable $350 reservation deposit to hold the apartment of your choice. Should your plans change, it is fully refundable.

Country Meadows Village is owned by local Oregonians.

Guests are always welcome at Country Meadows Village. We offer complimentary meals with personal tours, as well

Are Personal Care services available?
Yes. Country Meadows Village has provided apartments that are licensed by the State of Oregon for Residential Care services.
Residents in the Personal Care apartments receive a variety of services including medication management, personal laundry, and assistance with daily living tasks.
Professional staff is on duty 24 hours each day to be of assistance. We feature three levels of care so you only pay for the services you need.
Are pets allowed?
We recognize that a pet can be an important part of your family. Therefore, we do allow small pets, with a
signed Agreement and damage deposit.
